Today I woke up at 4:30 so I could have enough time to prepare for the day and meet with my Branch president before I left for work.

Today at work, we did a lot of cleaning. *eyes roll*

After work, I got my new MoTab t-shirt (pictured above) and got my new dress shoes in the mail.

I had my mission and temple recommend interview with the stake president. I still need to meet with him one more time after I receive my call to learn more about the temple and then I can receive my endowments.

Today was also institute. We had 8 YSAs in attendance. We finished Moses 6 and started Moses 7.

In the end of Moses 6, we learned about the age of eight, accountability, and why it’s mockery to baptize children before eight, and that because of the Atonement children who die before eight are saved.

10 And I also beheld that all children who die before they arrive at the years of accountability are saved in the celestial kingdom of heaven.
(D&C 137:10)

We learned that when we keep our covenants with God and our future spouses, our children will one day also be righteous and live with us in the Celestial kingdom one day.

Everything on Earth signifies that there is a God.

We found through the use of the topical guide in the scriptures the witnesses that have seen Jesus Christ. It shows us that being righteous enough to be close to Jesus is an obtainable goal.

We learned about Zion. Zion is either a people, a place, or a way of life. Wherever or whatever Zion may be, the people live the law of consecration.

We left off at Moses 7:21.
